  • Workplace Innovation brings together an organisation's people, processes and business relationships to develop new ways of working that benefit everyone.

Our second Workplace Innovation Masterclass took place on Thursday 3 November at Malmaison, 44 Whitehall Crescent, Dundee DD1 4AY.

A full programme from the morning can be downloaded here and presentation slides from the event can be downloaded here.

Our second Workplace Innovation Masterclass focussed on 'employee-driven innovation' - how businesses can design jobs and workplaces to empower their employees to lead innovation. We are delighted to be joined by Dr Peter Kesting of the Centre of Organizational Renewal and Evolution, Aarhus University, Denmark - Peter is a leading international researcher and consultant who has worked with companies across the EU and China on facilitating employee-driven innovation. We will also hear from two leaders from the public and private sectors who will share their insights on the opportunities and challenges associated with workplace innovation - Charlie Rohan, Senior Director at NCR, one of Dundee's most innovative employers; and Bernadette Malone CBE, Chief Executive of Perth and Kinross Council.

The Masterclass is aimed at HR practitioners and business leaders interested in sharing experiences on the benefits that can flow from workplace innovation and how we can empower employees and unleash their innovative potential.
