Network Workshop with Tuomo Alasoini

Innovating Works… were delighted to welcome Tuomo Alasoini, the Director of the ‘Liideri – Business, Productivity and Joy at Work’ programme and coordinator of the ‘Workplace Innovation and Development’ unit of Tekes, the main funding organisation for research, development and innovation in Finland. 

This event showcased research and practice on successful workplace innovation in Finland.

Event 2 Cooperative Resource Networks

This event took place on 3 September 2014 at MAKLab in Charing Cross, Glasgow.

The event explored some of the novel ways in which organisational resources are being shared to boost firm competitiveness in Scotland.  While the dominant model may favour closed ownership of expensive infrastructure and machinery, many forward thinking organisations are reaping the benefits of ‘open resources networks’.
