Professor Patricia Findlay

Patricia Findlay is Professor of Work and Employment Relations in the Department of Human Resource Management at the University of Strathclyde Business School and Director of the Scottish Centre for Employment Research.  Her research expertise spans the study of work and the management of the employment relationship, and her various activities around workplace innovation draw heavily on her research on job quality; skills, skills valuation and skills utilisation; gender equality; technical and organisational innovation and collaborative employment relations.

Dr Russell Matthews

After undertaking his PhD at the Hunter Centre for Entrepreneurship, Russell joined the department as a Research Associate in March 2014. He is currently responsible for delivery of the business training component of the ScotGrad programme - an award-winning graduate placement scheme operated by Scottish Enterprise and Highlands and Islands Enterprise.
